āGod Gives You Strength You Didnāt Know You Hadā
Scripture:
āHe giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.āā Isaiah 40:29 (KJV)
Grief can leave you feeling depletedāemotionally, physically, and spiritually. Some days it takes everything you have just to get through the ordinary moments. You may wonder how you keep going when your heart feels tired and worn.
But God promises strengthānot the kind you muster up on your own, but the kind He gives.
When you feel faint, He supplies power. When you feel like you have no strength left, He increases it.When you donāt know how youāre making it through, that strength is Him.
This strength may not look dramatic.Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed.Sometimes it looks like showing up.Sometimes it looks like choosing to keep breathing, praying, and trustingāeven when your heart feels heavy.
Godās strength meets you exactly where you areānot when youāre strong enough, but when youāre not. He carries you through moments you thought you couldnāt survive and gently reminds you that you are still here because He is holding you.
Today, acknowledge the strength God has already given you. You may not feel strong, but you are being sustained. And tomorrow, He will give strength again.
One day at a time. One moment at a time.God is faithful in every step.
š Prayer:
Lord,Thank You for giving me strength when I feel faint and weary. Help me trust that You are increasing my strength even when I donāt feel it. Carry me through today with Your power, peace, and unfailing love.In Jesusā Name, Amen.
