🌿 January 22 Hope Devotional: “Joy Will Visit Again”

“Joy Will Visit Again”

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”— Psalm 30:5 (KJV)

Grief convinces us that joy may never return—that laughter would somehow betray love or minimize loss. But God gently reminds us: joy is not gone forever.

Joy will return differently—softer, deeper, more meaningful.

Joy does not replace grief; it joins it. It honors the past while giving strength for the present.

Today, let yourself believe that joy will visit again—not because pain disappears, but because God is faithful.

Morning is coming.

💛 Prayer:

Lord, thank You for the promise that joy will return. Help me trust that even after long nights of grief, you are bringing light back into my life. Let hope rise as I wait for Your morning. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
